  • Bachelor’s degree required in Sports Administration, Business or a related field
  • Four years of experience in the computerized ticketing industry or related field required, experience in ticket management for a professional sports organization preferred
  • Archtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems required
  • Salesforce/Kore CRM systems preferred, but not required
  • Required to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure; and to meet established goals and deadlines
  • Must be comfortable interacting with the general public and co-workers in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of cashier and accounting procedures
  • Extensive Travel required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs


  • Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and support for assigned tournaments, including ticket system support, customer service, event communication, and reporting
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned tournament staff and Ticketmaster
  • Act as subject matter expert and owner of the Ticketmaster Archtics software
  • Work with assigned tournaments on event/package setup, ticket manifest buildout, reporting, invoicing, troubleshooting, and overall ticket operations
  • Assist sales team(s) at assigned tournaments with CRM integration and ticket fulfillment
  • Oversee event coordination for onsite support for the ticket office, will-call, advanced sales and gate setup for assigned tournaments
  • Lead and train event ticket staff and volunteers during assigned tournaments for will-call, gate, and ticket customer service
  • Assist in the development of ticket strategies and execute against each tournament’s unique strategic marketing plan
  • Align with analytics group to mine ticketing database for insights that will create incremental sales at each tournament
  • Develop analysis for insights on ticketing strategies
  • Support gathering, processing, and presenting analytics to relevant constituents (including tournaments and Senior Management)
  • Implement new ideas to improve the overall ticket operations at assigned tournaments
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
