  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field
  • Three years administrative support and client/customer service experience
  • Thorough knowledge of general business procedures and client service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation design
  • Proficiency in website and e-marketing content management
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information; the ability to work independently and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
  • Extremely detailed oriented




  • Assist in creating customized and impactful presentations; draft proposals and contracts for supervisory approval
  • Assist with sales prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives
  • Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools
  • Complete all job functions in order to maximize vacation packages sales and revenue to public consumers
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of outbound sales campaigns targeting new vacation sales
  • Monitor contractual elements to ensure they are fully executed by TOUR and Partner, including tracking financials
  • Responsible for all aspects of event planning and management including but not limited to proposals, contracts and on-site needs such as food & beverage, entertainment, photographers, and transportation and other event needs required
  • Resolve any logistical issues that arise with professionalism and prompt response on a timely basis
  • Close out events with supporting documentation, formal billing summary and communicate with client on any overages; Forward billing information to Accounting within the designated time frames
  • Update pipeline with leads/contracts and revenue and cost of goods sold estimates and actuals on a weekly basis and prepare for weekly review with manager/team through the use of Salesforce event module
  • Maintain and establish internal relationships with TPC Network, PGA TOUR, Corporate Partners, Club Holdings, LLC companies and other key stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism to Partners' requests
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
