International sports and entertainment firm seeks an experienced Esports, sponsorship, digital and/or advertising sales professional to join Spectra Partnerships’ growing Esports sales vertical. As Director of Esports Partnerships, candidate will lead sales development of Spectra’s portfolio of professional and amateur gaming ventures – including teams, amateur tournaments, events, and a future world class gaming arena. The Director will lead the go-to-market strategy, sales development, and service of these emerging sponsorship platforms.

  • Responsible for prospecting, cultivating, selling, and servicing corporate partnerships and advertising for Spectra’s portfolio of Esports ventures, including N3rd Street Gamers.
  • Responsible for achieving established sales goals and budgets as set by management.
  • Responsible for making cold calls & presentations.
  • Responsible for sales reporting and inventory management as set by management.
  • Responsible for facilitating design of sales proposals, collateral and presentations.
  • Responsible for creation/implementation of new ideas/opportunities that drive incremental revenue.
  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating corporate partnership fulfillment.
  • Responsible for servicing all corporate partnerships through various means including direct contact, weekly updates, corporate partner gatherings, etc.
  • Responsible for creating new client initiatives to better serve the corporate partners.
  • Responsible for cultivating and building a good working relationship with Spectra’s regional leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned by Spectra management.


  • Must have extensive proven sponsorship and/or Esports sales experience – minimum of 4-6 years - preferably in the professional sports, gaming, or advertising sales marketplace
  • Must have a proven track record of securing 6-figure annual sponsorship and/or advertising agreements
  • Preferably has current national advertiser contacts and relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experiences
  • Proficiency with data processing and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and all events (as required)
