  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy for a 1M business targeted to grow to 30M
  • Build a high-performance team that exceeds sales targets, while managing day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with product team and directly manage marketing to enable sales
  • Respond to inbound interest/RFP’s while also generating new opportunities in new markets through events and direct outreach
  • Implement and optimize team use of CRM to track progress and KPI’s
  • Report progress regularly to internal stakeholders, including analysis and recommendations
  • Set multi-year personal and team quotas


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field preferred
  • 8-10+ years in a B2B fast-paced selling environment as a first-line sales manager or individual contributor who has partnered closely with marketing
  • Demonstrated track record exceeding individual and/or team revenue goals
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate and to negotiate with multi-stakeholder clients to reach mutually agreeable outcomes
  • Fluency with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and orientation to report actionable market insights to product teams
  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing to ensure consistent lead generation and engaging marketing messages
  • Collaborative and able to work across an organization to accomplish goals
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including an “eye” for talent, people development/coaching, objective setting and evaluation
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinker
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • The ideal candidate will also have experience in media sales, national advertising, marketing or public relations as well as a passion for and knowledge of sports
