Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications Marketor a related field
  • 5 years marketing experience, with Minimum 3+ years’ experience in media, marketing or advertising required. Specific sports marketing and media agency experience preferred. 
  • Must possess advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills and experience with database management products. Proficiency with media planning and database reporting required. Experience with media research & media billing preferred.



  • Analyze and coordinate day-to-day operations for the media planning/buying process for 6+ Championship Management events.
  • Oversee master planning calendar & scheduling of all local media related meetings including: Tournament Kick-Off Planning Calls, Media Presentations, Digital Optimization calls, etc.
  • Work with local media agency partners to evaluate and recommend local media plans in order to drive ticket and hospitality sales across all Championship Management events.
  • Manage approval process for all local media tactics and submission of all agency Estimate Authorizations
  • Help facilitate & execute against any media trades (i.e. trading local hospitality assets for media)
  • Oversee delivery of creative assets to fulfill approved media plans (local trafficking operations) in conjunction with Marketing Services teams; keep agency partners informed and manage deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage and report media schedules, creative allocations, and values to various TOUR constituents including: Brand Marketing, Marketing Services, Championship Management, Finance & Accounting, Corporate Marketing, etc.
  • Build customized campaign summaries for title sponsors and TOUR constituents to merchandise national & local media support, creative and overall value.
  • Work with Corporate Partnerships and Marketing Services to ensure that all title sponsor and local sponsor paid media expectations and/or obligations are met.
  • Oversee budget items, code and track media invoices, and reconcile all discrepancies with Finance and Accounting department.
  • Support weekend tune-in campaign efforts (Social, SEM, Mobile, Display & Video); This will include working weekends approximately one out of every four events.
  • Oversee TV lower third traffic delivery and work with internal constituents to ensure ad copy is always updated.
  • Support Sr. Manager with inputting National media into Mediaocean's Lumina system (i.e. lower thirds, digital metrics, TV spots, Network replays, etc.)
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
