Qualified candidates will have the following:

• One year of work experience in a similar enterprise such as a museum, theater, amusement park or similar guest service environment preferred
• Experience with issuing tickets, verifying passes or collecting revenue from the public preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced operation
• Knowledge and training in quality customer service
• Availability on nights and weekends with the ability to work 3 shifts (around 25-30 hours per week)


Responsibilities:
• Adhere to established procedures for issuing tickets and collecting revenue through the ALTRU ticketing system
• Interact with HoF visitors daily by providing information, pricing data, showtimes, logistics, and directions to facilities on the World Golf Village property
• Refer HoF, Walk of Champions and IMAX visitors to the appropriate source when needed
• Maintain and apply excellent customer relations skills when handling customer requests
• Prepare for daily operations by verifying attendance, verifying cash drawer and logging into the terminal
• Capable of rotating into Gift Shop, Challenge Hole, Putting Course, IMAX, and Box Office according to daily and weekly schedule
• Use appropriate judgment to promote various revenue- building HoF programs, movies, or events
• Maintain an orderly work environment
• Special projects or other duties as assigned
