We presently have an opportunity for a Salesforce CRM Administrator in our DTS - Technology Solutions. This position will be responsible for implementing, customizing, advancing, and supporting the TOUR’s CRM platforms, which consists of an integrated suite of applications including Salesforce and third-party tools.  This resource will be hands-on, will collaborate closely with our business teams and Salesforce business partners, and will serve as the functional expert on the CRM platforms throughout the organization.

 

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, information technology, computer science, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of CRM administration and application design/support; previous experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, administration and support required.
  • Experience providing enterprise-level (100+ users) Salesforce solutions and support for multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Experience with the sports ticketing and/or sponsorship sales industry is preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Tableau experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with field-based, non-technical users.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to quickly develop a knowledge of business needs and collaboratively develop strategies and solutions to fulfill those needs


Responsibilities:

  • Administer & support the implementation of Salesforce and 3rd party partner modules for multiple Salesforce orgs within the business.
  • Lead requirements gathering and business analysis efforts for the CRM platform, partnering with business and technology teams to manage the execution of the CRM strategic roadmap, aligning enhancements to meet business objectives.
  • Onboard end-users to the CRM platforms - including training, data migration, migration support, and post migration support.
  • Act as central point of contact related to governance of the CRM platforms.
  • Oversee the procurement, management, and tracking of all CRM related user licenses.
  • Create and manage advanced data imports/exports of Salesforce custom fields using Import Wizard/ Data Loader.
  • Perform Salesforce data processing and data analytics tasks, including - report development, data manipulation, data cleansing, and data imports/exports.
  • Create and manage Salesforce fields/relationships, workflows rules, page layouts, validation, custom buttons/Visualforce pages, custom objects, page layouts etc.
  • Administer Salesforce licenses, permission sets, and sharing rules to accommodate various business scenarios.
  • Perform advanced Salesforce and Tableau reporting functions, including complex report formulation and data slicing for data manipulation.
  • Create, test, and deploy functional Salesforce updates and enhancements, including custom Salesforce objects, workflows, processes, reports, and integrations with other third-party apps.
  • Support and audit Salesforce data to ensure data accuracy.
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.
