We presently have an opportunity for a Specialist, Ad Products in our Digital – Revenue Operations department. This position will work to ensure the PGA TOUR’s ad product portfolio meets and exceeds both client expectations and performance standards. This candidate has a strong understanding and experience working within the advertising ecosystem, developing business & revenue strategies, advertising formats & platforms, etc. The ideal candidate has a strong viewpoint on advertising products, understands what works & what doesn’t, and understands the state of digital advertising ranging from where it’s been and where it’s going.


Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in digital advertising, creative design, or product management.
  • Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel skills a must
  • Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent quantitative, communication, follow through, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with advertising design (Adobe Photoshop, Google Web Designer, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with web development or front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) a plus
  • Golf knowledge/background a plus



  • Help lead the evolution of our ad product strategy and roadmap, providing proactive analysis and identifying areas of improvement to capitalize on market opportunities to drive new revenue streams.
  • Surface insights to stakeholders relative to optimizing our advertising products including new creative ad formats, page placement, vendor partnerships, or industry trends.
  • Manage the onboarding, testing, and deployment of all new products including ad format builds, demo/test page setup, and vendor certifications.
  • Lead communication efforts within digital revenue operations, ensuring team has visibility into the ad product & technology pipeline and is aware of timelines, deployment cycles, and campaign impact.
  • Oversee the development & publishing of the online media kit. This includes maintaining advertising specs, demos, performance metrics, and audience research.
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
