Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • 2 years of experience in a digital media or traditional media organization w/ understanding of social media
  • Strong written, verbal communication and analytic skills
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and Photo Shop a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, organized and detail-oriented with professional presentation ability
  • Strong analytic skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, deployment and continual improvement of sales materials for use by internal sales team as well as current and potential endemic partners
  • Work directly with sales team to create sales and meeting presentations as well as assist on client meetings and interactions
  • Coordinate and work directly with Golf Digest teams to create and develop viable digital, print and social opportunities for endemic partners within Golf Digest ecosystem
  • Assist with alignment and approvals off digital campaigns with internal TOUR departments, specifically Sales Planning and Ad Operations
  • Work directly with content, product and business development teams to create and develop viable digital and social opportunities for endemic partners on PGA TOUR digital platforms.
  • Participate in key business meetings with TOUR departments and clients
  • Liaison between content team and sales team in order to develop efficient working relationship, streamline communication and deliver opportunities that deliver on client objectives.
  • Work directly with internal and external sales teams as well as VP, Media Sales to meet or exceed yearly media revenue targets
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.
