Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of golf equipment construction and repair
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivate, and prioritize projects
  • Strong customer service and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work well with others and adapt to changing work situations
  • Ability to manage and maintain budgets and produce periodic reports on usage and other pertinent information
  • Working knowledge of conforming golf club guidelines (i.e. USGA standards and protocols)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day operation of equipment trailer at Korn Ferry Tour domestic tournaments
  • Implement and maintain the highest of standards of safety and cleanliness in the equipment trailer
  • Work with and assist other equipment representatives to ensure Korn Ferry Tour membership receives the best golf club construction and repair service
  • Liaise with Player Relations, Advance Rules, Tournament Operations, Tournament staffs, and SEP on advance logistics; particularly timely arrivals and equipment trailer parking
  • Coordinate with other equipment trailers on tournament arrival and parking
  • Responsible for setting up and breaking down the trailer each week
  • Develop and maintain excellent rapport with players, equipment manufacturers, Tournament Directors, Korn Ferry Tour staff, sponsors and volunteers
  • Provide behind-the-scenes access for select parties
  • Oversight of equipment trailer financials including:  manage and maintain budgets as well as long term financial forecasts and projections
  • Produce timely reports on expenses, forecasts, and future expenditures
  • Identify and log player usage by equipment
  • Maintain high functioning proficiency with any/all technological advances (i.e. Trackman)
  • Oversee initial setup and periodic refurbishing of trailer
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
