 We presently have an opportunity for a Community Coordinator in our Digital - Content department. The Community Coordinator monitors PGA TOUR fan conversations across all digital and social media platforms, provides support and assistance to fans, engages and interacts with digital audiences, and reports actionable feedback and insights across various departments.    


Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Communications or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital communities on behalf of a b2c brand or media outlet. Experience should include monitoring and moderating website/blog comments, social media platforms, and have familiarity with moderation, listening, CRM, and analysis tools.
  • Highly organized, excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.



  • Monitors all fan conversations around the PGA TOUR, its brands, players, and tournaments on social media channels and PGA TOUR owned properties (website, apps, etc.).
  • Actively responds to questions, comments, and feedback from fans across platforms, and provides support and assistance in timely manner.
  • Actively identifies actionable fan feedback, fan-engagement opportunities, and potential product and brand issues, and escalates items to appropriate parties across the PGA TOUR.
  • Analyzes and reports fan conversation trends and provides insights and recommendations to appropriate parties across the PGA TOUR.      
  • Collaborates within Digital Audience Development team to efficiently help identify feedback trends.
  • Moderates fan comments across social media channels and PGA TOUR owned and operated properties to ensure that all conversations meet community standards.
  • Works closely with Digital teams and other PGA TOUR departments and utilizes PGA TOUR monitoring and CRM tools to provide an exceptional support experience to fans.
  • Curates fan-generated content within appropriate digital platforms
  • Works closely with the Digital team, staying in the know about content and product plans.
  • Participates in regular creative brainstorm sessions.
  • Must be available during competition hours, which includes evenings and weekends.
