Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • BA / BS in communications, business or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in fast paced environment
  • Paralegal or Corporate Governance experience helpful
  • Expert level Word skills, proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written including demonstrated writing ability
  • Proven ability to research, compile large amounts of data and organize into logical format
  • Deadline oriented with proven ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment

 

Responsibilities:

Policy Board

  • Draft all key Board Materials, including Board Meeting Minutes and Resolutions in collaboration with Director, in accordance with TOUR’s Board/Corporate Governance practices
  • Manage board book creation and distribution in BoardVantage software, in collaboration with Director, including compilation of documents from senior management and edits to board materials, as directed by Office of the Commissioner
  • Draft advance planning/prep timelines in consideration of Financial Reporting, Player Advisory Council/Operations Committee Meetings, and Independent Director briefing calls/meetings – ensuring key dates align with Commissioner’s Schedule
  • Ensure prep meetings with Commissioner are appropriately planned regarding draft materials, schedules, presentations, and A/V set up
  • Assist with on-site Board Meeting planning, including telepresence attendance for Directors who cannot appear in person and sending pertinent advance materials/follow up documents
  • Ensure presentations and videos prepared for Board Meetings are revised/edited at direction of OOC and archived accordingly
  • Attend semi-quarterly Policy Board Meetings as on-site support for OOC and Executive Management
  • Track/archive all Board Communications, including voting matters, press releases, and business updates from Office of the Commissioner
  • Research past materials for Senior Team, as needed for Competition and Board Governance related matters
  • Maintain/update new Board Member Orientation, and Board/Executive Listings
  • Manage BoardVantage license/software and end user groups/accounts
  • Coordinate with Legal on Officers & Directors listings/filings and obtain additional Director information as needed

DRiVE

  • Management of TOUR-wide and department level DRiVE Plans and updates, as key sources of information for Management Development & Compensation Committee
  • Draft quarterly updates for TOUR-wide plan, based upon department level plans
  • Ensure timeline approved by OOC is adhered to for annual planning

Crisis Management

  • Schedule semi-monthly Executive Crisis Management meetings
  • Maintain Crisis Management documents and follow up items from ECMT
  • Ensure policies/plans and draft holding statements/communications are easily accessible by ECMT
  • Assist in launch and management of electronic platform “Alcea” for automated reminders/communication/tracking to be utilized in event of ECMT activation

Additional Support

  • Support Inclusion Council by drafting talking points and conducting research for key meetings and speaking engagements
  • Key member of Office of the Commissioner support team, providing back-up support regarding administrative/office tasks including telephone, scheduling, and meeting preparation
