Required Qualifications:

  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of related experience or a master’s degree and 7+ years of related experience
  • Individual must have 5-7 years of supervisory experience
  • Requires an individual who is a self-starter willing to take on large projects with limited supervision
  • Requires an individual with experience in education or curriculum design preferably in a school environment or setting
  • Requires an individual who possesses technical skills to utilize today’s latest educational technology advancements
  • Requires an individual who can serve as an advocate for the curriculum and has the ability to interact with, and influence a broad set of stakeholders

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer an individual with a master’s degree in education or curriculum design
  • Prefer an individual who has experience with social-emotional learning practices
  • Prefer an individual who has Salesforce experience
  • Prefer an individual who has hands-on experience with Learning Management Software
  • Prefer an individual who has experience in the First Tee Coach Program

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Leads, manages and trains and reviews the work of direct report
  • Develop a curriculum plan for the organization that supports youth and adult learning objectives
  • Lead the redesign and development of the organization’s curricula portfolio based on consultant recommendations
  • Create participant-facing materials that are developmentally appropriate for a broad range of ages (5-18)
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of updated training programs associated with the organization’s redesigned curricula portfolio
  • Design program outcome measures to gauge outcomes of updated curricula and training programs
  • Support Director, Training & Curriculum in identifying strategies and updates to leverage the Salesforce platform to track and manage data
  • Develop curriculum for national participant leadership events and programs
  • Create and update eLearning course content (videos, quizzes and activities)
  • Stay abreast of modern educational methods and best practices (e.g. gamification)
  • Create measures to assure quality control and consistent delivery of curriculum across all delivery channels
