  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, New Media, Business, Hospitality or related field
  • At least two years digital marketing experience and thorough knowledge of general business procedures and client service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation software; familiarity with website and e-marketing content management preferred; graphic design experience preferred, including familiarity of Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information 


  • Serve as the primary contact for building Resort/Daily Fee local email sends as well as supporting Private Club local email sends. Assist with the drafts of individual club email sends with necessary offers and their respective marketing copy. Provide training and troubleshooting/technical support on emarketing platforms.
  • Maintain club subscriber databases to include monthly uploads as well as tracking for database growth, send volume, and other identified KPIs.
  • Maintain marketing content on TPC.COM local club websites; ensure that promotional offers are activated throughout the TPC club website assets and updated in a timely fashion throughout the year
  • Serve as the primary contact for support the field in the creation and updates of local Club website pages as well as monitoring all pages to ensure brand consistency and content relevancy
  • Serve as main liaison for club education and best practice sharing as it relates to digital marketing. This can include but is not limited to weekly information emails to marketing assistants, creation of “how to” and other resource and training documents, and content curation for various themes and campaigns.
  • Monitor the content on all club social media channels in an effort to ensure brand consistency and fully integrate with all currently planned or active National and Local marketing initiatives. Work with clubs directly to build social media schedules and content.
  • Assist supervisor with the activation of TPC marketing around the TPC hosted tournaments to ensure maximum impact and exposure during event weeks for respective clubs. This may include ad placements, marketing material creation, website updates, tournament integration, etc.
  • Assist supervisor as needed with the development of non-web related marketing materials; this includes but is not limited to print advertising, digital advertising, collateral development and media planning
  • Coordinate all invoice tracking and processing for assigned projects.
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental files of archived projects and related documentation including physical files, at-server level, and on intranet sites
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
