  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sports Administration or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Five to seven years work experience
  • Three to five years experience within the golf industry
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities


  • Manage commitment information (entries/withdrawals) with players, tournament organizations, and tournament officials, advising all parties regarding alternates and changes in weekly tournament fields
  • Produce groupings and starting times for the PGA TOUR and Korn Ferry Tour events
  • Manage the PGA TOUR University program including eligibility and ranking lists
  • Manage Open Qualifying on the PGA TOUR and Korn Ferry Tour including updating the entry forms and guidelines, coordinating contracts with the PGA of America Sections, answering field questions from PGA Sections and players, and coordinating the APGA qualifying spots
  • Perform weekly Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) upload of all new players from international events – combine, track and delete all duplicate players.  Produce the weekly OWGR ranking report
  • Enter players for PGA TOUR Series – China events
  • Process PGA TOUR Conflicting Event Release player requests
  • Track withdrawal after the deadline letters including following up with any players who haven’t submitted documentation
  • Enter timing information into the Pace of Play system for PGA TOUR and Korn Ferry Tour events
  • Coordinate special competition requests with the tournament officials and the tournament organizations
  • Assist Competitions Department with research and special projects as assigned
